Role & responsibilities
AGENCY CHANNEL EXPERIENCE IS MUST.
Recruit, onboard, and develop insurance advisor/agents.
Build and maintain solid relationships with agents.
Generate business through the agency channel and achieve monthly sales targets.
Train and motivate agents to improve productivity.
Identify new business opportunities and expand the agency network.
Ensure proper follow-up with customers and agents.
Maintain regular reports and achieve assigned business targets Role & responsibilities
Preferred candidate profile

2 years of experience in sales, insurance, BFSI, agency channel, or relationship management.
Valuable communication and interpersonal skills.
Solid sales and convincing abilities.
Comfortable working in FOS process
