Job Title: Associate Dentist – Video Consultation

Role Overview:

We are looking for a qualified who can connect with customers, provide video consultations, and create a excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities:
Provide video consultations to customers.
Explain the treatment process and highlight its benefits.
Get trained in and use 3D imaging technology.
Educate and guide customers about our clear aligner system.
Convert potential customers into patients.
Provide a best-in-class customer experience.
Conduct regular follow-ups with potential clients/patients.
Resolve customer queries and coordinate with relevant teams when required.

Requirements:
BDS/MDS qualification. Freshers are also welcome.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Ability to explain and pitch the treatment to prospective customers.
Quick learner and willing to learn new technologies.
Customer-centric mindset with a solution-oriented approach.
Robust problem-solving and analytical skills.

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
