We are hiring Customer Care Executives for an International Voice & Chat Process in Mohali.

Education: 12th Pass to Any Graduate
Age: 18–35 Years

Good English speaking and communication skills
Comfortable working in Night Shifts
Customer service/BPO experience will be an advantage

Job Responsibilities
Handle International Customers through Voice & Chat
Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
Provide skilled and effective customer support




Maintain and update customer information in the system/database
Ensure timely resolution of customer queries
Maintain positive customer service and communication standards
