Roles & Responsibilities:
Work with various stakeholders to gather and document business requirements.
Assist in identifying business challenges and prospects.
Gather, analyze, document, and validate business requirements from stakeholders.
Conduct stakeholder interviews, workshops, discussions, and requirement-gathering sessions.
Translate business requirements into BRDs, FRDs, user stories, use cases, and functional specifications.
Analyze existing business processes and identify gaps, inefficiencies, and improvement opportunities.
Create process flows, workflows, business models, and requirement documentation.
Collaborate with Product Managers, Developers, QA, Project Managers, and business stakeholders.




Define acceptance criteria and support solution validation.
Assist development and testing teams in clarifying functional requirements.
Perform impact analysis for proposed process or system changes.
Support UAT, test case validation, defect clarification, and business sign-off.
Prepare dashboards, MIS reports, and business insights where required.
Track requirements, changes, dependencies, and project deliverables.
Support implementation, training, documentation, and post-production activities.
Ensure delivered solutions align with business objectives and stakeholder expectations.
