CTC: Up to 3.0 LPA to 8 LPA
Qualification: Any Graduate

Key Responsibilities
Drive business growth and achieve assigned sales and revenue targets.
Lead, manage, and develop a high-performing sales/advisor team.
Recruit, onboard, train, and activate insurance advisors/agents.
Develop strong relationships with advisors and drive productivity.
Monitor team performance, sales pipeline, and business conversion.
Implement effective sales strategies to achieve monthly and annual targets.
Conduct regular field visits,

Candidate Profile
2+ years of relevant experience in Life Insurance Agency Channel.
Robust experience in team handling, advisor recruitment, activation, and business development.
