Role & responsibilities
Supervise daily site construction work and manpower.
Ensure work follows approved drawings, quality standards, and safety rules.
Plan materials, equipment, and work schedules to meet deadlines.
Coordinate with contractors, consultants, vendors, and project managers.
Monitor progress, prepare site reports, and resolve execution issues.
Preferred candidate profile
.E./B.Tech in Civil Engineering Degree with 510 years of site-execution experience.
Proven experience in similar projects: residential, commercial, industrial, or infrastructure.
Robust knowledge of drawings, RCC work, finishing, quantity estimation, and billing.
Skilled in AutoCAD, MS Excel; Primavera/MS Project is an advantage.
Able to lead contractors and labour, manage materials, quality, safety, and deadlines.
