We are looking for an experienced and result-oriented Operation cum Sales Manager to manage and grow our Flexitank trading business.
The candidate will be responsible for developing new business, managing existing customers, generating sales, coordinating flexitank supplies, and ensuring smooth execution of orders from enquiry to delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
Sales & Business Development:
Identify new business opportunities, develop client accounts, and achieve monthly/quarterly sales targets.
Develop business with exporters, manufacturers, traders, freight forwarders, shipping companies, logistics companies and other potential users of flexitanks.
Prepare quotations and negotiate commercial terms with customers.
Monitor competitor activities, market pricing and customer requirements.
Maintain a healthy sales pipeline and provide regular sales forecasts to management.

Operations Management:
Handle the complete order cycle from customer enquiry quotation order confirmation procurement delivery post-delivery support.
Maintain proper order records and shipment status.
Coordinate with transporters, warehouses, freight forwarders and other service providers wherever required.
Ensure timely dispatch and delivery of flexitanks.




Ensure all required documents and records are properly maintained.
Understand customer complaints and coordinate corrective actions.

Required Qualifications
Graduate in any discipline; preferably in Business Management, Logistics, Supply Chain, Commerce or related field.
3 - 7 years of relevant experience in flexitanks, liquid bulk logistics, freight forwarding, shipping, packaging or related industries.
Candidates with direct experience in flexitank sales/trading will be preferred.
Robust knowledge of B2B sales and customer relationship management.
Valuable commercial and negotiation skills.
Valuable understanding of logistics and export/import operations.
