Role & responsibilities
Identify training needs of MRs, ASMs through field visits, discussions and assessments.
Develop and update training manuals, product materials, assessments and evaluation tools.
Conduct fortnightly virtual training and monthly centralized/zonal training.
Conduct weekly online assessments/tests and track learning effectiveness.
Deliver product, scientific, sales and management-development programs.
Train and develop 1st and 2nd line managers and support assessment centers.
Maintain training records and ensure mandatory training compliance.
Conduct periodic field visits with medical representatives to assess clinic effectiveness and gather customer insights.
Continuously improve training programs based on feedback, business needs and performance data.
Stay updated on up-to-date training methodologies, trends and best practices.

Preferred candidate profile
10+ years experience in Sales, Scientific and Product Training, preferably in the pharmaceutical/healthcare industry.
Robust experience in management development and field-force capability building.
