Preferred Candidate Profile: 15-20 years' experience, including 5+ years as HSE/Fire & Safety Head, managing large-scale/multi-location operations. Robust expertise in Fire & Life Safety, Risk Management, Compliance, Safety Audits, Emergency Response & EHS Governance. Thorough knowledge of NBC, OSH Code, Fire NOCs, and global Fire & Life Safety standards. B.E./B. Tech (Fire/Mechanical/Electrical/Chemical/Environmental) or Science Graduate with PG Diploma in Industrial Safety. Fire Safety Management certification preferred. Strong analytical, technical, stakeholder management, and communication skills. Preferred background in commercial real estate, retail, hospitality, airports, industrial parks, data centers, or large institutional assets.
