Key Responsibilities
• Handle sales of industrial plots and understand the complete industrial real estate segment. • Generate and convert leads into site visits and successful closures. • Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, documentation and investment aspects to clients. • Develop and maintain strong relationships with investors, channel partners and clients. • Conduct regular follow-ups and manage the complete sales cycle.



• Achieve assigned sales targets and contribute to business growth. • Stay updated with market trends, industrial zones and upcoming opportunities.
What We’re Looking For
✅ Strong knowledge of
Industrial Plots / Industrial Real Estate ✅ Prior experience in industrial plot sales will be an advantage ✅ Valuable communication, negotiation and closing skills ✅ Robust client & channel-partner handling ability ✅ Target-oriented and self-motivated approach ✅ Gurgaon / Delhi NCR real estate market knowledge preferred
