Role Description
This is a full-time, on-site Architect role based in Gurugram. The Architect will be responsible for developing architectural concepts and detailed designs, preparing drawings and documentation, and coordinating with different teams. Must have criteria - Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Architecture 1-3 years of experience in architecture
Qualifications Strong design conceptualization and execution skills with high proficiency and experience in using AutoCAD, Sketch Up, Photoshop, and other advanced software Strong communication and collaboration skills to work effectively with clients, teams, and contractors Ability to solve complex design and construction challenges creatively and effectively Experience participating in site visits, inspections, and client meetings Strong communication and presentation skills Project management expertise to ensure productive workflow and project delivery Ability to manage time efficiently and meet deadlines
