Convert.Studio Scintilla is an end-to-end interior design and execution studio, established in 2016 and powered by Craftsville, our own in-house modular factory.With 150+ homes delivered, we create bespoke residential interiors from modular kitchens and wardrobes to complete home transformations backed by our in-house 3D design and execution capabilities.We’re looking for an Interior Design Consultant who can bring together design understanding, client relationship skills, and a strong sales mindset.YOUR ROLEYou’ll be the face of Studio Scintilla for prospective clients taking them from their first conversation to a signed project.You’ll understand their lifestyle and requirements, translate their ideas into a clear design direction, present concepts and materials, discuss budgets, prepare proposals, negotiate, and close.WHAT YOU’LL OWNClient Consultation
- Manage clients from first inquiry through the sales process
- Understand lifestyle, requirements, preferences, and budgets
- Develop clear design briefs and manage client communication
- Build trust and confidently guide clients through decisionsDesign & Presentations
- Create compelling mood boards and client presentations
- Present portfolios, executed projects, concepts, and material options
- Tailor presentations to make each client's vision feel personal and tangibleSales & Commercial
- Own the sales cycle — follow-up → consultation → proposal → negotiation → closing
- Prepare accurate quotations and budget proposals
- Handle objections around budget, design, and timelines
- Work towards individual and team sales targetsCollaboration




- Work closely with design, 3D, catalogue, execution, sales, and marketing teams
- Ensure client requirements and quotations are realistic and deliverable
- Bring client feedback and market insights back to the teamWHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR
- Strong understanding of interior design, styles, materials, and residential interiors
- Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills
- Experience creating mood boards, presentations, or proposals
- Understanding of quotations, budgeting, and project scope
- Robust consultative selling, negotiation, and closing skills
- Ability to qualify leads and manage follow-ups/pipeline
- Basic knowledge of Canva, PowerPoint, Keynote, or similar tools
- Working knowledge of CRM or sales tracking tools
- Understanding of the interior design/execution process
- Comfortable with client meetings and site visits
- Highly organized, detail-oriented, and professionalEXPERIENCE1–3 years of experience in:
- Interior design sales / consulting
- Real estate sales
- Furniture / modular interiors
