The Social Media Manager will oversee the daily management of all social media channels, including planning, creating, and publishing content that reflects the brand’s voice and visual identity. The role involves developing and executing social media campaigns, monitoring performance metrics, and optimizing strategies to increase engagement, followers, and conversions. Responsibilities include coordinating with design, marketing, and e-commerce teams, responding to comments and messages, managing influencer or partnership activities,



and staying current with social media trends and platform updates. The Social Media Manager will also prepare periodic reports and recommendations to support overall brand and sales objectives.QualificationsDemonstrated skills in Social Media Marketing and Social Media Optimization (SMO) to grow and engage audiences across key platforms.Solid Communication and Writing skills to craft clear, compelling, and brand-consistent posts, captions, and responses.Experience in Content Strategy, including planning calendars, aligning content with campaigns, and coordinating with cross-functional teams.Ability to analyze social media metrics, use insights to refine tactics, and report on performance in a clear, data-informed manner.Familiarity with social media management tools, basic design or editing tools (e.G., Canva, Adobe Express), and platform-native analytics.Proven ability to work on-site in a collaborative environment, manage multiple tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced setting.Prior experience in social media, digital marketing, or brand management; experience in textiles,home décor, or retail is an advantage.
