US Sourcing Specialist (Non IT/Engineering/Manufacturing)We are looking for US Sourcing Specialists / Recruiters with experience in non-IT hiring, particularly across Engineering, Manufacturing, Industrial, Mechanical, Electrical, or other technical domains.Key requirements:● Experience in US recruitment/sourcing● Strong exposure to Engineering or Manufacturing hiring● Candidates from non-IT recruitment backgrounds are highly preferred● Hands-on experience with sourcing through LinkedIn, job boards, Boolean search, and other sourcing channels● Good understanding of the US recruitment market and candidate mapping● Solid communication and stakeholder management skills
