The role will be responsible for ensuring smooth and efficient operations across domestic and international markets.Key ResponsibilitiesOwn end-to-end e-commerce supply chain operations from sourcing to final delivery.Manage inventory planning, demand forecasting, replenishment, and stock availability.Oversee 3PLs, fulfillment centers, warehouses, and logistics partners.Manage end-to-end international and cross-border logistics, including shipping, customs, and compliance.Ensure timely order processing, fulfillment, delivery, and returns.Manage backend operations across Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, and other e-commerce platforms.Monitor operational KPIs, SLAs, delivery timelines,



and logistics costs.Identify process gaps and drive end-to-end process improvements and automation.Work closely with vendors, manufacturers, finance, marketing, and other teams to ensure seamless execution.Lead and manage the operations team and handle operational escalations.Requirements5+ years of experience in e-commerce operations, supply chain, or logistics.Proven experience managing end-to-end e-commerce operations.Strong experience in inventory, fulfilment, logistics, and 3PL management.Experience in international/cross-border e-commerce operations.Hands-on experience with Amazon, Shopify, TikTok Shop, or similar platforms is an advantage.Strong analytical, problem-solving, team management, and stakeholder management skills.High ownership and ability to work in a rapid-paced, high-growth environment.
