Role: Presales Engineer - Apple & MDMLocation: Yelahanka, BangaloreWork Mode: 5 days WFORole Overview: The Presales Engineer will design, demonstrate, and support up-to-date digital workplace solutions across Apple, Windows, and mobile platforms.The role works closely with sales, product, and delivery teams to deliver secure, scalable, and user-centric endpoint solutionsKey Responsibilities:Design and propose EUC solutions including MDM/UEM, endpoint security, and device lifecycle managementConduct customer requirement discovery and solution workshopsDeliver product demos and Proof of Concepts (PoCs)Support sales teams with technical presentations and proposalsIntegrate endpoint solutions with Identity and security platformsProvide best practices for device provisioning, compliance, and automationCollaborate with product and partner teamsDesired Profile:3–7 years of experience in EUC / Endpoint Management / ITInfrastructureExperience with MDM/UEM platforms (Jamf, Intune, Jumpcloud, Workspace ONE, etc.) Knowledge of Apple, Windows, and mobile device managementUnderstanding of security and identity concepts (Zero Trust, MFA, Conditional Access)Good communication and presentation skills
