Junior Architect / Architect – Design Job Summary Develop and manage architectural designs for high-rise residential projects, from concept development through detailed design stages, ensuring quality, compliance, and timely delivery.Key Responsibilities
- Should work closely with the Senior Architect to prepare Architectural Drawings forexecution at site.
- Must be able to understand and coordinate Structural, MEP, Interior and Landscapeconsultants Drawings.
- Must be able to understand customer request. check feasibility study and modifythe standard layouts accordingly.
- Knowledge of byelaws
- Preparing Area Calculation statements as required by the Senior Architect
- Visiting Sites to check the Compliance.Qualifications
- Bachelor’s / master’s degree in architectureExperience Junior Architect: 3+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projectsArchitect: 6+ years in architectural design on Large-scale Residential projectsKey Skills
- CAD, Revit/BIM
- Design development
- Code knowledge
- Coordination
- Must have robust written and verbal communication skills in English and Kannada
