We work closely with clients to assess readiness, design future-state processes, and support technology-led business transformation.Role PurposeThe Senior ERP Consultant will lead end-to-end ERP transformation workstreams for client engagements — from readiness assessment and solution design through configuration, testing, and go-live support — while mentoring junior team members and acting as a key point of contact for client stakeholders.Key ResponsibilitiesLead ERP readiness assessments, fit-gap analysis, and solution design workshopsOwn business requirement documentation (BRDs), process flows, and to-be design for assigned modulesDrive ERP configuration, integration, testing (SIT/UAT), and cutover planningAct as primary consultant liaison with client business and IT stakeholdersIdentify risks and process gaps and recommend practical, implementable solutionsReview and guide the work of IT Analysts/junior consultants on the engagementSupport project governance — status reporting, steering committee updates,
