Our customers are mid-market companies, many in regulated industries.You'll be our first dedicated product experience hire. You'll own how both products feel, from the first click to the hundredth workflow.What you'll doTalk to users every week, watch session recordings and dig into data to find the gap between what people say and what they actually doDesign trust between people and AI agents: when an agent acts on its own and when it asks first, how it shows its work, and how users take back controlShape behavior, not just screens, using motivation, habit, cognitive load and deliberate frictionOwn the whole journey: onboarding, empty states, errors, notifications, emails and pricingGive our products a distinct feel instead of the generic SaaS look, and back your choices with evidenceTie design to activation, adoption of agent workflows and retention,



and run experiments to learn what works and whyUse Claude Design, Figma and code prototypes to explore quickly, then spend your time choosing and refiningWork with founders and engineering to shape the roadmapBuild our experience principles, design system and research practiceWhat we're looking for6+ years in product design or UX, ideally in B2B SaaS or complex workflow toolsDeep working knowledge of user psychology and behavioral design. You can explain why a design works, not just that it looks goodResearch skills you actually use: interviews, usability testing and product analyticsStrong craft in interaction design, information architecture and visual designClear writing. You treat microcopy as part of the designComfort with ambiguity and with being the only designer in the roomHands-on experience with AI design and prototyping toolsBonus points if you've designed AI or agent products, worked in a regulated industry, or can prototype in code.This role probably isn't for you if your best work is Dribbble shots rather than outcomes, or if you'd rather hand off mockups and move on.
