The Accountant will be responsible for managing financial transactions, preparing financial statements, tracking expenses, analyzing financial data, and ensuring compliance with financial regulations. They will also collaborate with other teams to provide financial insights and support decision-making processes.Key ResponsibilitiesManage and oversee the day-to-day accounting operations of the company.Record financial transactions, including purchases, sales, receipts, and payments.Prepare and maintain general ledger accounts, reconciling discrepancies and ensuring accuracy.Assist in the preparation of financial statements, reports, budgets,



and forecasts.Analyze financial data and provide insights to support business decision-making.Ensure compliance with accounting principles, standards, and regulations.Assist with audits, tax filings, and other financial compliance requirements.Monitor cash flow, accounts payable, and accounts receivable to maintain financial stability.Prepare and submit monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports to management.Collaborate with internal teams to streamline accounting processes and improve efficiency.Stay updated on changes in accounting regulations and best practices.Have hands on Tally for day-to-day accounting operations.QualificationsProficiency in financial management and accounting softwareExcellent knowledge of accounting principles and proceduresExperience in financial reporting and analysisStrong attention to detail and accuracyAbility to work independently and meet deadlinesExcellent communication and interpersonal skillsBachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related fieldProfessional certification (e.G., CPA) is a plus
