You'll join a strong, existing sales team in the region, reporting directly to the Regional Sales Manager (RSM), with high visibility to leadership team and real ownership over how you scale the territory further.What You'll Do Own and grow the Telangana/Hyderabad territory for companys laboratory glassware range, deepening penetration in an already high-growth marketIdentify and onboard new distributors, dealers, and institutional buyers — research labs, diagnostic centers, pharma/biotech companies, hospitals, and testing facilitiesBuild lasting relationships with existing customers and channel partners, ensuring high satisfaction and repeat businessDevelop and execute territory sales plans, forecasts, and pipeline strategies to meet growth targetsNegotiate pricing, terms, and contracts to secure profitable, long-term partnershipsTrack competitor activity and market trends specific to the laboratory glassware and scientific apparatus space in South IndiaConduct client meetings, product demonstrations,
