Role Description The Sourcing Lead is a full-time, on-site role based in Panvel, responsible for managing end-to-end procurement and sourcing activities for real estate and construction projects. This position oversees vendor identification, evaluation, and onboarding, ensuring materials and services are sourced at optimal cost, quality, and timelines. The Sourcing Lead will negotiate contracts, maintain supplier relationships, and coordinate with project, finance, and site teams to align procurement plans with project schedules. Daily tasks include tracking procurement status, analyzing market trends, preparing reports, and supporting recruiting of key sourcing and procurement partners as needed. The role requires proactive problem-solving,



adherence to compliance and company policies, and continuous optimization of sourcing processes.
Qualifications

- Candidates should possess strong Analytical Skills to assess supplier performance, compare quotations, analyze market trends, and support data-driven decisions.
- Candidates should possess effective Communication skills to collaborate with internal teams, liaise with vendors, and present sourcing plans and reports clearly.
- Candidates should possess Contract Negotiation skills to secure favorable terms, manage pricing and service-level agreements, and mitigate commercial risks.
- Candidates should possess Procurement expertise to manage RFQs, purchase orders, vendor selection, and inventory planning in a construction or real estate context.
- Candidates should possess Recruiting capabilities to identify, evaluate, and onboard new suppliers, subcontractors, and sourcing partners aligned with project needs.
- Relevant qualifications include a bachelor's degree in Supply Chain Management, Business, Engineering, or a related field, with prior experience in sourcing or procurement.
- Additional beneficial skills include knowledge of real estate/construction materials, familiarity with ERP or procurement software, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work on-site in a quick-paced project environment.
