* Promptly respond to and manage all assigned leads (calls, WhatsApp, email).

* Counsel students on programs, eligibility, fees, and career outcomes.

* Convert leads into registrations and admissions as per monthly targets.

* Ensure timely follow-ups and maintain an active prospect pipeline.

* Support students with application completion, documentation, and fee payment.

* Maintain accurate CRM updates and adhere to university admission guidelines.

* Contribute to revenue targets through quality enrollments.

* Proactively generate leads through calling, networking, referrals, and outreach initiatives.
