Job Description

PMO - Roles & Responsibilities

1. Overall Communication & Reporting - Act as the central point of contact between customer stakeholders, vendor teams, and leadership, ensuring transparency and timely updates.

2. Coordination Across PODs/Functions - Facilitate alignment between business-function PODs, technical capability PODs, and cross-functional teams to remove delivery bottlenecks.

3. Business Case Alignment - Ensure all initiatives are tied to approved business cases, tracking benefits realization against defined KPIs.

4. Funding & Budget Alignment - Monitor funding approvals, track budget utilization, and ensure cost optimization across PODs.

5. Financial Governance - Provide accurate forecasts, variance analysis, and monthly/quarterly financial reports to stakeholders.

6. Qualified Presentations - Prepare executive-level presentations,



dashboards, and reports showcasing delivery status, risks, dependencies, and financials.

7. Risk & Issue Management - Track project-level risks/issues, maintain a consolidated risk log, and drive mitigation/resolution strategies.

8. Governance Support - Drive program governance ceremonies (Steering Committees, Release Planning, Quarterly Business Reviews).

9. Process & Compliance - Ensure adherence to delivery frameworks, audit requirements, and customer compliance standards.

10. Continuous Improvement - Capture lessons learned, recommend PMO process improvements, and implement best practices for future engagements.
