Job Description:

- We are seeking an experienced PL SQL Lead with solid expertise in Oracle Database PL SQL development query optimization and production support
- The candidate will be responsible for leading a team of developers designing database solutions ensuring application performance and collaborating with business and technical stakeholders

Key Responsibilities:

- Lead the design development and maintenance of Oracle PL SQL applications
- Develop and optimize complex stored procedures packages functions triggers and views
- Perform query tuning and database performance optimization
- Analyze business requirements and provide scalable database solutions
- Lead code reviews and ensure adherence to coding standards and best practices
- Troubleshoot production issues and provide root cause analysis
- Coordinate with cross functional teams during development testing and deployment
- Mentor team members and provide technical guidance
- Drive continuous improvements in database architecture and development processes





Technical Requirements:

- Primary skills Technology Oracle PL SQL

Additional Responsibilities:

- Strong experience in Oracle Database and PL SQL development
- Expertise in Stored Procedures Packages Functions Triggers and Views
- Strong SQL querying and performance tuning experience
- Experience in database design and data modeling
- Hands on experience in production support and issue troubleshooting
- Knowledge of version control tools such as Git
- Strong analytical problem solving and debugging skills
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills
- Experience with Unix Shell Scripting
- Exposure to ETL Data Migration projects
- Knowledge of Oracle Forms Reports or Oracle APEX
- Experience with Agile Scrum methodologies
- Exposure to Cloud platforms and AI assisted development tools
