The Junior Manager role involves managing order processes and ensuring efficient operations. This position requires a proactive attitude, excellent communication skills, and the ability to work in a dynamic setting. The candidate will be responsible for supporting various operations, ensuring compliance, and maintaining high standards of customer service.
Responsibilities:
- Take ownership for standardization and automation of processes.
- Drive technical issues towards resolution and ensure compliance with controls.
- Deliver process-related training for newcomers and coordinate assessments to ensure knowledge transfer.
- Support operations by managing incident priorities and communicating issues effectively.
- Support CARM (Sarbanes Oxley) / GAR audits and own GL reconciliations.
- Lead customer ledger activities and ensure accurate billing and delivery of SAP documents.
- Monitor interfaces and resolve related issues, manage customer queries, and maintain relationships with the STC Customer Facing Team.
- Execute Anti-Money Laundering and OFAC checks as appropriate.
- Prepare and manage daily, weekly, and monthly reports.
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years of experience in Order Management for contract roles.
- 6 to 8 years of experience preferred for potential conversion to a permanent role.
- Basic French language proficiency preferred.
Required Skills:
- Deep knowledge of Accounts Receivable processes and controls.
- Strong SAP knowledge and PC literacy, with excellent Excel skills.
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
- Ability to prioritize effectively and deliver on promises.
- Proactive, solution-focused mindset with a positive &ldquocan-do;” attitude.
- Ability to work under pressure and adapt to changing priorities.
Preferred Skills:
