Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Physiotherapist role based in kundanahalli siddapura varthur . The Physiotherapist will assess employees musculoskeletal health, perform ergonomic evaluations, and design individualized and group exercise programs to prevent and manage work-related strain and injuries. Daily responsibilities include conducting physical assessments, providing manual therapy and corrective exercises, educating employees on posture and movement, and documenting treatment plans and outcomes. The role also involves collaborating with wellness and HR teams to develop workplace health initiatives,



delivering workshops or training sessions, and providing ongoing guidance on safe and comfortable work practices.

Qualifications

- Professional qualification in Physiotherapy (Bachelor's or Master's degree) from an accredited institution; valid registration or license as required by local regulations.
- Strong clinical skills in musculoskeletal assessment, manual therapy, therapeutic exercise, and rehabilitation planning.
- Experience or interest in ergonomics, workplace injury prevention, and corporate wellness programs.
- Ability to communicate clearly with diverse employee groups, provide education, and adapt clinical language to practical workplace guidance.
- Comfort working on-site in corporate settings, with robust time management, documentation, and follow-up skills.
- Demonstrated empathy, professionalism, and commitment to inclusive, non-discriminatory care for all employees.
- Prior experience in occupational health, sports medicine, or workplace physiotherapy is an advantage.
- Basic proficiency with digital tools for record-keeping, reporting, and scheduling.
