Overview: Semi-technical candidates who have worked in a hybrid, i.e. Digital Marketing / semi-technical role with SaaS product or high-growth Fintech companies, with a total of 3–5 years experience.

Job Description

- Support build marketing agents: Support, build and deploy custom agents using Claude, Gemini, or ChatGPT to automate Growth Marketing workflows and establish cross-platform synchronisation.
- MarTech Orchestration: Act as the technical bridge between Salesforce and HubSpot, ensuring seamless data flow and lead management.
- Intelligence Dashboards: Design and maintain LLM-empowered, API-connected, interactive dashboards that translate automation outcomes into business KPIs.
- Web Management: Serve as the primary technical back-up for website management, ensuring site stability, SEO tracking, and CMS efficiency.
- Marketing Automation: Complete routine marketing automation tasks (mainly with HubSpot) to ensure and support marketing execution processes.





Skill Set

- Should have deployed 3 to 4 agents with proven outcomes in the Digital Marketing space.
- Hands-on experience with HubSpot and Salesforce (experience with ZoomInfo/Qualified is preferred)
- Hands-on experience using LLMs (Claude is mandatory, Gemini/ChatGPT are huge advantage).
- Experience with AI platforms like Lovable and Notebook LM is preferred
- Hands-on connecting MarTech tools with platforms like Make.com and Zapier to rapidly connect disparate MarTech tools.
- Deep understanding of structuring data for LLMs.
- Understanding of AEO/SEO & CRO preferred but not a showstopper.

Academics

- Diploma or equivalent certificate in Digital Marketing.
- Qualified certification in Gen AI and Agentic AI from any Tier 1 or equivalent institute (preferred).
