Yuva Parivartan is looking for motivated professionals to join and manage our Livelihood Training Centre's across Mumbai and Thane.

Nallasopara | Mira Road | Kandivali | Goregaon | Jogeshwari | Andheri | Malad | Ghatkopar | Thane

Position:Livelihood Training Center Associate

Salary: ₹15,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Based on experience and suitability for the role

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage day-to-day operations of the training centre

• Coordinate with trainers and centre teams for smooth programme implementation

• Support student mobilization, enrolment, attendance, training completion and placement targets

• Monitor student progress and ensure timely follow-ups

• Build relationships with local communities, institutions and stakeholders for outreach

• Maintain student records, MIS, reports and required documentation

• Monitor centre performance and maintain programme quality standards

• Share regular updates and reports with the management team

• Take ownership of assigned targets and deliverables
