- Position: Operations Team Lead
- Process: Domestic Banking
- Location: Mumbai – Aspee, Malad (Mumbai)
- Shift: Day Shift
- Working Days: 6 Days
- Week Off: Sunday – Fixed
What We're Looking For:
- Experience in Outbound Sales – Voice Process
- Strong knowledge of Dialer & Dialer Management
- Prior experience in handling teams and driving operational performance
- Robust communication, people-management and problem-solving skills
- Experience in the Banking/Financial Services domain will be an added advantage
Key Responsibilities:
- Manage and drive team performance against business targets
- Monitor sales productivity, conversion and operational metrics
- Ensure effective utilization of dialer and calling processes
- Coach, mentor and motivate team members
- Drive adherence, quality and overall process performance
