About Orizin

Orizin is an early-stage clean-label functional food company built around one simple belief:

Truth on the label.

We are building a food brand for people who want better everyday nutrition without confusing labels, unnecessary ingredients or the usual supplement-first approach.

We are still very early. The product, positioning, communication and brand are being built right now.

That means we are looking for someone who wants to be part of the building process, not someone who simply wants to execute an existing marketing plan.

About the role

As our Founding Marketing & Brand Associate, you will work closely with the founders and help shape how Orizin is understood by its customers.

This is a broad role. You may work on consumer research one day, content the next, and brand positioning or campaign ideas after that.

You will have a lot of freedom, but also a lot of responsibility.

What you will work on

* Understand our customers and their needs

* Research the food, health and wellness market

* Help develop Orizin's brand positioning and voice

* Develop content ideas and content strategy

* Work on social media and community building

* Come up with campaigns and creative experiments

* Study competitors and identify opportunities

* Test ideas and learn from what works and what doesn't

* Help turn the brand's vision into something people can understand and connect with

Who we're looking for

We are not looking for someone just because they have a marketing degree or a long resume.

We are looking for someone who thinks like a builder.

You might be a good fit if you:

* Are genuinely curious about brands and consumer behaviour

* Notice why certain brands work and others don't





* Enjoy coming up with ideas and actually testing them

* Can work independently without needing constant direction

* Are comfortable with ambiguity

* Take ownership of your work

* Are willing to challenge the founders when you disagree

* Care about details

* Want to understand the why behind a task, not just complete it

Experience matters, but how you think matters more.

Fresh graduates and people with 0 to 3 years of experience are welcome to apply.

A very important note about compensation

We want to be completely transparent.

Orizin is currently bootstrapped and pre-revenue, and we cannot offer a salary at this stage.

This is therefore not a conventional paid job or internship.

We are looking for someone who consciously chooses to join at this very early stage because they want to experience and contribute to building a consumer brand from the ground up.

As Orizin grows, the compensation structure will evolve accordingly.
