Role Overview

Roots Analysis is looking for a Content Writer to join our team in Mohali. The role involves creating, updating, and optimizing high-quality web content based on our research outputs across the pharmaceutical, biotechnology, healthcare, and related industries.

The ideal candidate should be comfortable researching technical topics, understanding complex information, and translating it into clear, engaging, and reader-friendly content for a business audience.

Key Responsibilities

- Create and optimize landing pages, blogs, report summaries, and other web content based on Roots Analysis research.
- Research and develop content on topics across pharma, biotech, healthcare, MedTech, and adjacent industries.
- Translate complex scientific and technical information into clear, accurate, and engaging content.
- Ensure content follows the company's brand voice, editorial standards, and SEO best practices.
- Review and improve existing content for accuracy, clarity, structure, readability, and consistency.
- Conduct basic keyword research and incorporate relevant keywords naturally into content.
- Track basic content performance metrics and identify opportunities to improve user engagement and lead generation.
- Work closely with research and editorial teams to ensure content accurately reflects underlying market research and insights.




- Use AI-assisted tools responsibly for editing, rephrasing, and content refinement, while ensuring originality, accuracy, and human editorial judgment.
- Create basic Excel charts and present information in a clear and meaningful format when required.

Qualifications & Skills
- Bachelor's degree in any relevant discipline. A background in Pharmacy, Life Sciences, Biotechnology, Healthcare, or a related field is preferred.
- Strong writing, editing, grammar, and communication skills.
- Ability to understand and simplify complex technical or scientific concepts.
- Basic understanding of SEO, including keywords, headings, readability, and content optimization.
- Familiarity with AI-assisted content editing and writing tools.
- Basic Microsoft Excel skills, including creating simple charts and presenting information effectively.
- Robust attention to accuracy, clarity, structure, and detail.
- Ability to quickly learn and understand new topics, processes, and instructions.
- Good written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work collaboratively in an on-site team environment and meet deadlines.

Training & Compensation
- Training Period: 4–6 months
- Stipend During Training: ₹20,000 per month
- CTC: ₹3.6 LPA
- Experience required: 0-18 months
- Employment Commitment:
- FTE: 18-month lock-in
- Contractual: 12-month commitment
- Location: Mohali, Punjab
- Work Mode: Office-based
- Working Days: Monday–Friday
