Role Description The Technical Recruiter (Target Based) will manage full-life cycle recruiting for technology and digital roles, from sourcing and screening to interviewing and offer negotiation. In this full-time remote position, the recruiter will proactively identify candidates through job boards, social media, referrals, and networking, while maintaining strong pipelines for current and future openings. The role includes close collaboration with hiring managers and clients to understand role requirements, define selection criteria, and ensure a smooth and inclusive hiring process.



Daily responsibilities involve conducting candidate assessments, coordinating interviews, providing timely updates to stakeholders, and meeting defined hiring and performance targets. The Technical Recruiter will also maintain accurate recruitment documentation, track metrics, and contribute to continuous improvement of recruitment strategies and candidate experience.
Qualifications

- Demonstrated experience in Full-life Cycle Recruiting and end-to-end Recruiting processes.
- Proven expertise in Technical Recruiting and Hiring for technology and digital roles.
- Robust Communication skills, including clear written and verbal interaction with candidates and clients.
- Ability to work independently in a remote setting while consistently meeting target-based objectives.
- Familiarity with applicant tracking systems (ATS), sourcing tools, and professional networking platforms.
- Knowledge of current hiring best practices, inclusive recruiting methods, and market trends in tech talent.
- Strong organizational and time-management skills, with attention to detail and follow-through.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field, or equivalent practical experience.
- Prior experience in agency or high-volume recruiting environments is an advantage.
