Job Purpose

The Senior Sales professional will be responsible for generating a consistent pipeline of qualified leads, acquiring current clients and driving revenue through the sale of broking and financial products.

Key Roles & Responsibilities

Lead Generation & Client Acquisition

- Generate new leads through personal networks, referrals, market contacts, cold calling, digital leads and business development activities.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of prospective clients.
- Identify and approach potential HNI, UHNI and affluent clients.
- Conduct regular follow-ups and convert qualified prospects into active clients.
- Develop new sources and channels for continuous lead generation.
- Leverage existing client relationships to generate referrals and new business opportunities.
- Maintain accurate lead records and track prospects through the complete sales cycle.
- Consistently meet monthly lead-generation, conversion and acquisition targets.

Product Sales

- Sell equity, broking, bonds, fixed income, structured products and other financial products.




- Identify client requirements and present relevant products.
- Cross-sell and upsell products to existing clients.

Business Development & Revenue

- Achieve assigned sales, brokerage and revenue targets.
- Expand the client base and identify new business opportunities.
- Maintain regular client engagement to generate repeat and referral business.

Coordination & Compliance

- Coordinate with internal teams for smooth client onboarding and activation.
- Ensure proper documentation and adherence to company and regulatory requirements.

Experience

- 6–8 years of experience in stock broking, capital markets or financial services sales.
- Proven track record in lead generation, client acquisition and revenue generation.
- HNI/UHNI client network will be an advantage.

Preference

Candidates with relevant sales experience specifically in stock broking firms will be preferred. Candidates with relevant experience in stock broking are encouraged to apply.
