About the Role

- Evolet Infosystem is looking for a motivated and enthusiastic HR Recruiter Intern to join our growing Ahmedabad office.
- This is a 6-month internship designed for candidates who want to gain practical experience in recruitment, candidate sourcing, resume screening, interview coordination and HR operations.
- You will work closely with our team to support the hiring process, connect with candidates and help build a strong talent pipeline.

Key Responsibilities

- Source candidates through LinkedIn, job portals and other relevant recruitment platforms.
- Search for and shortlist candidates based on job requirements.
- Review resumes and conduct initial candidate screening.
- Contact candidates and explain relevant job opportunities.
- Coordinate interviews between candidates and the hiring team.
- Maintain candidate records and recruitment databases.
- Follow up with candidates throughout the recruitment process.
- Assist with onboarding-related activities.
- Support the HR team with daily recruitment and HR tasks.
- Maintain professionalism and confidentiality when handling candidate information.

Requirements

- Interest in Human Resources and Recruitment.
- Good verbal and written communication skills.
- Confident and professional approach when speaking with candidates.




- Strong organizational and follow-up skills.
- Willingness to learn recruitment processes and HR practices.
- Responsible, detail-oriented and positive attitude.
- Basic computer knowledge and familiarity with MS Office or Google Workspace.
- Ability to work from the Ahmedabad office.
- Freshers and students with relevant skills are welcome.

Internship Details

- Duration: 6 months.
- Location: Ahmedabad, Gujarat.
- Work mode: On-site.
- Compensation: Unpaid internship.
