Jive Jar is a US-based company with a product division and a marketing division. Jive Jar Marketing helps businesses grow through paid media, content, SEO, email and analytics. We are hiring a hands-on Performance Marketing Specialist to grow jivejar.com and deliver measurable results for our clients.

Location: Hyderabad, Telangana | Full time, on-site | Experience: 3–5 years

What you will do
• Plan, launch and optimize paid campaigns across Google Ads and Meta Ads for Jive Jar and multiple client accounts. Use LinkedIn Ads where the client strategy calls for it.
• Own campaign structure, keyword and audience research, budgets, retargeting, creative tests and ongoing performance improvements.
• Set up and validate conversion tracking using GA4, Google Tag Manager, Meta Pixel and relevant platform tools. Keep UTMs, lead attribution and reporting accurate.
• Work with our design, content, SEO and website teams to improve landing pages, offers, forms and the quality of incoming leads.
• Report clearly on spend, qualified leads, cost per lead, conversion rate and return on ad spend where relevant. Explain what is working, what is not and what you will change next.
• Communicate with clients professionally, manage expectations and turn campaign data into practical recommendations.





What we are looking for
• 3–5 years of hands-on performance marketing experience, ideally managing several client accounts in an agency or similar environment.
• Strong practical experience with both Google Ads and Meta Ads. You should be able to explain campaigns you personally built and optimized, not only campaigns you supervised.
• Working knowledge of GA4, Google Tag Manager, pixels, conversion events, UTM tracking and lead-funnel measurement.
• Confidence with budgets, testing, reporting and diagnosing why lead volume or lead quality changed.
• Clear written and spoken English, sound judgment, and the ability to work directly with clients and cross-functional teams.
• Availability to work full-time from our Hyderabad office.

Nice to have
• Experience with LinkedIn Ads, Looker Studio, CRM-to-ad-platform feedback or international client accounts.
• Experience improving landing pages and collaborating on creative testing.
