Salary

Freshers:

- ₹22,000 CTC
- ₹4,000 Night Shift Allowance

Experienced Candidates:

- ₹28,000 CTC
- ₹4,000 Night Shift Allowance

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer interactions through voice support.
- Resolve customer queries in a professional and timely manner.
- Maintain excellent customer service standards.
- Accurately update customer information and call records.
- Meet quality and productivity targets.

Eligibility Criteria

- Minimum 12th Pass.
- Good English communication skills.
