1. Coordinate end-to-end procurement and logistics activities to ensure timely availability and delivery ofgoods and services.
2. Create, process, and track purchase requisitions and purchase orders in accordance with company policies and approved budgets.
3. Liaise with suppliers, freight forwarders, logistics service providers, and internal stakeholders to ensure effective procurement and shipment execution.
4. Obtain quotations, conduct supplier comparisons, and support vendor selection processes to achieve cost-effective purchasing decisions.
5. Monitor purchase order status, supplier commitments, and delivery schedules to ensure on-time fulfillment of business requirements.
6. Coordinate inbound and outbound shipments, including booking transportation, tracking deliveries, and resolving logistics-related issues.
7. Ensure compliance with procurement policies, logistics procedures, contractual obligations, and regulatory requirements.
8. Review and maintain procurement and shipping documentation, including purchase orders, invoices, contracts, packing lists, bills of lading, and certificates.

Coordinate customs clearance activities and support import/export documentation requirements where applicable.
10. Verify supplier and freight invoices for accuracy and support invoice processing and payment activities in coordination with Finance.
11. Maintain supplier records, procurement databases, and logistics information systems, ensuring data accuracy and completeness.
12. Monitor inventory replenishment requirements and coordinate with warehouse and supply chain teams to maintain optimal stock levels.
13. Prepare procurement and logistics reports, dashboards, cost analyses, and performance metrics for management review.
14. Track supplier and logistics provider performance against agreed service levels and support corrective actions where necessary.
15. Identify cost-saving opportunities, process improvements, and supply chain efficiencies to enhance operational performance.
16. Collaborate closely with procurement, supply chain, warehouse, finance, and operational teams to ensure seamless business operations and stakeholder satisfaction.
