Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Recruiter role based in New Delhi. The Recruiter will manage end-to-end hiring processes for Mostly medical, paramedical, and other skilled roles, including sourcing candidates, screening resumes, and conducting initial interviews. The role involves coordinating with client organizations to understand job requirements, aligning candidate profiles with those needs, and scheduling and facilitating interviews. The Recruiter will maintain and update candidate databases, track recruitment metrics, and ensure timely communication with both clients and candidates.



Additional responsibilities include supporting recruitment campaigns, attending job fairs or information sessions as needed, and contributing to process improvements to enhance hiring efficiency and candidate experience.

Qualifications

- Strong skills in candidate sourcing, resume screening, and conducting structured interviews.
- Ability to build and maintain relationships with clients and candidates, with excellent stakeholder management.
- Proficiency in using recruitment platforms, applicant tracking systems, and basic office software.
- Solid communication and negotiation skills, including clear written and verbal correspondence.
- Organizational and time management skills to handle multiple requisitions and deadlines.
- Understanding of healthcare and education sectors, or willingness to develop domain knowledge.
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business, Psychology, or a related field preferred.
- Prior experience in recruitment or talent acquisition, especially for international placements, is an advantage.
