AEP Developer Experience Range: 6 to 8 years Walk In Location: Chennai DATE : 19-SEP-26 Job Requirements We are looking for an experienced Adobe Experience Platform (AEP) Developer/Lead who can design, build, and optimize end‑to‑end customer data solutions using Adobe’s Real‑Time CDP, Data Collection, Journey Optimizer, and associated Adobe Experience Cloud products. The role requires robust expertise in data modelling, schema design, identity management, and integration across channels. Key Responsibilities* Platform Development & Implementation Design and implement AEP XDM schemas, datasets, identities, mixins, and dataflows. Configure and optimize RT-CDP, AEP Data Collection, and Tags/Launch for data capture. Build and manage source and destination connectors,



including batch and streaming integrations. Implement AEP Segmentation and configure activation workflows to downstream systems. Develop and optimize AJO (Adobe Journey Optimizer) journeys, rules, templates, and triggers (if part of scope). Data Engineering & Architecture Work with cross‑functional teams to identify data requirements and map source systems to XDM. Manage data ingestion using APIs, ETL pipelines, and event forwarding where applicable. Ensure data quality, identity stitching, deduplication, and governance compliance.
