Good Understanding on Cloud computing and Need to have VCP & MCSE or equivalent Working experience on migration projects Advance experience on Windows servers, Virtualization, VMWare, Hyper-V based OS Advance experience on ESX Administration and knowledge in OS recovery Server Migration Migrating from one OS to other flavor, Hardware Refresh -Move Windows OS from one HW to other HW, Virtualization P2V V2V Migration Positive to Have: Good customer /vendor interaction skills Good Knowledge in ITIL Good Communication skill with knowledge on Microsoft & VMware Disaster Recovery for the customer
