Job Summary: We are seeking a seasoned
Senior Project Manage r with over 12 years of professional experience to lead complex software development projects. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in
desktop application developmen t or similar domains, and a proven track record in
Agile and Scru m methodologies. You will be responsible for driving end-to-end project delivery, stakeholder engagement, risk management, and leading cross-functional teams to ensure timely and high-quality outcomes
. Key Responsibilitie s: Manage full lifecycle software development projects in desktop or enterprise application domain
s. Lead and coach Agile teams using Scrum or hybrid methodologie
s. Facilitate sprint planning, daily stand-ups, sprint reviews, and retrospective
s. Collaborate with engineering, QA, UX/UI, product owners, and business stakeholders to define scope, goals, and deliverable
s. Manage project timelines, budgets, resources, risks, and communication plan
s. Maintain project documentation, reports, and metrics to ensure transparency and alignmen
t. Act as a change agent promoting Agile best practices across the organizatio
n.



Ensure adherence to compliance, quality standards, and company policies throughout the development lifecycl
e. Identify process improvement areas and actively contribute to continuous delivery cultur
e.
Qualifications & Ski 15+ years of experience in the software industry, with at least 5–7 years in project management ro
les. Solid experience in managing projects related to desktop application development or related doma
ins. Strong command
of S cr um, A gile, and hybrid frameworks. Scrum Master or PMP certification is a p
lus. Bachelor's/Master's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or related fi
eld. Excellent understanding of software development lifecycle (SDLC), version control, and CI/CD practi
ces. Hands-on experience with project management tools like Jira, Confluence, etc. Exceptional communication, leadership, conflict resolution, and stakeholder management ski lls. Ability to manage multiple complex projects simultaneously in a rapid-paced environm
