What You Bring
Bachelor's degree in computer science, Engineering, Data Science, or a related field (master's degree in engineering preferred). 8+ years of experience in Data Engineering, Data Architecture, or Customer Data Platform (CDP) implementation. 5+ years of hands-on experience working with Customer Data Platforms, preferably Treasure Data. Strong understanding of Data Integration, ETL Processes, Data Modeling, and Data Governance best practices. Expertise in API Integrations, Batch and Real-Time Data Pipelines, and Enterprise Data Architecture.



Knowledge of data privacy and compliance regulations, including GDPR and CCPA. Proficiency in SQL, MongoDB, Hadoop, Hive, and other modern data storage and processing technologies. Experience with cloud platforms such as AWS, Azure, and GCP, including Azure Data Factory. Experience with Treasure Data CDP; Treasure Data CDP Certification is preferred. Strong communication and stakeholder management skills, with the ability to explain complex technical concepts to non-technical audiences. Proven ability to work effectively in Agile and fast-paced environments.
