Job Summary

We are seeking a highly technical and motivated Senior Project Manager to lead the end-to-end delivery of cloud automation software solutions for enterprise customers. In this role, you will manage scope, timelines, and budgets, while also serving as a key customer liaison. You’ll coordinate cross-functional teams to ensure successful project outcomes that meet both technical and business goals.

Key Responsibilities

n

n
- Lead the planning, execution, and delivery of cloud automation software solutions and internal development projects.
n
- Manage project budgets , forecasts , and resource allocations to ensure delivery within financial targets.
n
- Act as the primary point of contact for clients and stakeholders, ensuring clear communication and alignment throughout the project lifecycle.
n
- Translate business requirements into actionable project plans , collaborating closely with consulting architects, technical leads, developers, Quality Engineer, Technical Writers, and System teams.
n
- Monitor project progress, identify risks, and implement corrective actions as needed.
n
- Facilitate meetings, demos, status updates, and validation sessions.
n
- Ensure deliverables meet client expectations for quality , timeliness , and value .
n
- Work with solution architects and consulting architects to recommend and shape additional services and solutions.
n
- Stay current with industry trends and lead internal initiatives in regards to optimizaitons and enhancements of recent versions, current solutions, frameworks and processes.

Required Qualifications

n





n
- 5+ years of project management experience in software development , IT services , or solutions delivery .
n
- Strong understanding of both Agile and traditional project management frameworks.
n
- Proven ability to manage budgets, contracts, and client relationships .
n
- Experience with customer-facing project delivery — consulting, product implementation, or post-implementation support.
n
- Proficiency in project tools such as Jira , MS Project or alternatives as Asana , Smartsheet ,.
n
- Be able to build trust and rapport with customers ; anticipates their needs and concerns.
n
- Navigates ambiguity and resolves delivery obstacles proactively.
n
- Clearly conveys expectations, risks, and updates to both technical and non-technical audiences.

Preferred Qualifications (highly valued)

n

n
- Background/experience in software engineering , solutions architecture , or technical pre-sales .
n
- Experience with enterprise software , cloud-based platforms , or SaaS delivery .
n
- Certifications such as PMP , CSM , or PMI-ACP .
n
- Experience working with customers across the EMEA region.
