Job Description

- 5-7 years of experience in AI/ML engineering, with strong expertise in NLP and Generative AI applications.
- Hands-on experience building RAG pipelines, vector database integrations, semantic search solutions, and multi-agent workflows using frameworks such as Lang Chain and Lang Graph.
- Strong programming skills in Python, along with experience in ML frameworks such as PyTorch or Tensor Flow.
- Experience working with cloud AI platforms and services across AWS, Azure, or GCP, including model deployment and inference pipelines.
- Knowledge of Docker, Kubernetes, MLOps practices, API development, and AI governance/security best practices.

The Successful Applicant

- Proven experience delivering AI/ML and Generative AI solutions from development through production deployment.
- Strong understanding of NLP, LLMs, prompt engineering, model evaluation, and performance optimization.
- Ability to design scalable AI architectures leveraging cloud-native AI services and modern AI frameworks.
- Experience collaborating with data engineering, architecture, and business teams to solve complex enterprise problems.
- Self-driven professional with strong problem-solving skills, ownership mindset, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
