We are looking for a handson Demand Generation Specialist to drive qualified B2B leads and enterprise pipeline through Google Ads, Linked In campaigns, ABM, and marketing automation. The role will manage full Funnel campaigns, Hub Spot workflows, lead nurturing, sales alignment, performance analytics, landing-page optimization, and technical SEO initiatives.

Key Responsibilities

- Plan, execute and optimize integrated B2B demand-generation campaigns.
- Manage paid acquisition across Google Search Ads and Linked In Campaign Manager
- Develop and execute Account-Based Marketing (ABM) campaigns targeting high-value accounts and decision-makers.
- Build and optimize the complete funnel: Lead → MQL → SQL → Opportunity → Pipeline → Revenue.
- Manage lead scoring, segmentation, lifecycle stages, nurturing workflows and lead routig
- Use Hub Spot to support campaign execution and CRM integration.
- Partner closely with Sales and SDR teams to improve lead quality, conversion and sales handoff.
- Execute email marketing, content-led campaigns, webinars and other demand-generation initiatives.




- Optimize landing pages, website conversion paths and campaign performance.
- Track and report on qualified leads, SQLs, opportunities, pipeline contribution, CPL, cost per SQL, CAC, ROI and attribution.
- Continuously test audiences, messaging, creatives, landing pages and campaign strategies to improve performance.

Required Skills & Experience

- B2B performance marketing or demand generation experience
- Strong hands-on Google Ads and Linked In Campaign Manager experience
- Practical ABM and Linked In Sales Navigator experience
- Hub Spot or similar marketing automation experience
- Knowledge of lead nurturing, scoring, CRM workflows and sales alignment
- Robust analytical and optimization skills
- Basic technical SEO and awareness of GEO/AIO trends

Preferred Background

- Experience in B2B SaaS, enterprise technology, IT services, cybersecurity, HR-tech, fintech, cloud, AI, Mar Tech or other technology-driven businesses will be an advantage.
