About the Role

Hero Education is looking for dynamic and experienced Learning Consultants and Senior Learning Consultants to join our team in Bangalore. The ideal candidate should have a robust background in EdTech sales, with proven experience in selling Online MBA Programs.

Key Responsibilities

/n

/n

- Counsel prospective learners and understand their career and learning goals.

/n

- Drive end-to-end sales of Online MBA Programs through consultative selling.

/n

- Achieve and consistently exceed assigned sales targets.

/n

- Build strong relationships with prospective learners and guide them through the enrollment journey.

/n

- Handle customer queries and provide accurate information about programs and offerings.

/n

- Maintain a high level of professionalism and ensure a positive candidate experience.

/n

/n

Requirements





/n

/n

- 1–5 years of relevant experience in the EdTech industry.

/n

- Mandatory experience in selling Online MBA Programs.

/n

- Strong consultative selling and counselling skills.

/n

- Proven track record of achieving and exceeding sales targets.

/n

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Strong relationship-building and negotiation abilities.

/n

- Candidates must have excellent English communication skills.

/n
