About the Role:

We are looking for a highly motivated and enthusiastic Media Account Management Intern who is eager to learn, grow, and kickstart their career in digital media and client servicing. As a Media Account Management Intern, you'll work closely with senior team members and learn how to build strong client relationships, develop media strategies, and contribute to campaign success.

Key Responsibilities (What You'll Learn and Do):

- Assist the Account Management team in building and maintaining strong, long-term client relationships.

/n

- Learn how to understand client needs and how to translate them into actionable strategies and solutions.

/n

- Support in preparing client presentations, reports, and campaign performance summaries.

/n

- Collaborate with media planning and operations teams to ensure campaigns are executed as planned.

/n

- Participate in internal and client meetings, helping take notes and follow-ups.

/n

- Gain exposure to platforms like Google Ads, Facebook Ads, and other digital marketing tools.

/n

- Help in organizing and tracking client account documents like contracts, invoices, reports, and feedback.

/n





- Learn to manage project timelines and help ensure deliverables are met on time.

/n

- Stay updated on the latest trends and updates in digital marketing platforms.

/n

- Support in brainstorming sessions for campaign planning and account optimization.

/n

- Be part of performance reviews and campaign analysis to understand ROI and account growth.

/n

- Contribute ideas for cross-selling services like SEO, content, tech, and creative solutions.

/n

What We're Looking For:

- A graduate in Marketing, Media, Communication, Business, or related field.

/n

- Solid interest in digital marketing, media, and client servicing.

/n

- Willingness to learn and take initiative.

/n

- Good communication and interpersonal skills.

/n

- Detail-oriented, organized, and proactive.

/n

- Basic knowledge of MS Excel, Power Point, or Google Workspace tools.

/n

- Certification in Google/Facebook Ads (even if in progress) is a plus.

/n
