Role: Lead SAP Vendor Invoice Management (VIM)
Exp: 8+ Years
Location: Hyderabad
Mode of hiring: FTE (WFO)

- Lead Consultant who has good experience in configuring and supporting Open Text Vendor Invoice Management (VIM) for SAP solutions
- SAP functional consulting experience, with significant experience in Open Text VIM for SAP.
- Strong knowledge of SAP VIM invoice processing, document types, business rules, workflows, approval processes, and exception handling.
- Hands-on experience with SAP FI-AP and MM invoice processes, Procure to Pay Cycle.
- Experience with PO and non-PO invoice processing.
- Solid understanding of SAP invoice verification and accounting document posting.
- Experience integrating VIM SAP S/4HANA.




- Good understanding of SAP Workflow and integration concepts.
- Experience working with OCR/document capture technologies used with VIM.
- Strong troubleshooting, analytical, and communication skills.
- Ability to work directly with business users and translate requirements into technical solutions.
- Strong understanding of P2P and AP invoice processes.
- Experience integrating VIM with SAP Finance and Procurement.
- Excellent client-facing and communication skills.
- Ability to lead functional discussions independently.
- Self-motivated, Eagerness to expand knowledge and willingness to learn client specific processes
- The ideal candidate has a growth mindset, is eager to master emerging Open Text and SAP technologies, and adapts quickly to new business processes and client requirements.
