About the Role:

We are looking for an experienced Senior Executive-Export & Import Logistics professional to manage end-to-end logistics coordination for Vegrow's global trade operations, with a focus on perishable/fresh produce shipments across air and sea modes.

Key Responsibilities:

/n

/n

- Manage end-to-end logistics coordination for air and sea shipments of fresh produce.

/n

- Coordinate airline bookings, AWB documentation, cargo movement and follow-ups for air shipments.

/n

- Manage FCL/LCL bookings, container allocation, vessel schedules and shipment tracking for sea shipments.

/n

- Coordinate export/import documentation including Commercial Invoice, Packing List, Phytosanitary Certificate, COO, BL/AWB and related documents.

/n

- Coordinate with Customs Brokers/CHAs, freight forwarders, airlines and shipping lines for timely clearance and shipment movement.

/n

- Track shipment milestones, identify delays and proactively coordinate resolution to ensure on-time dispatch and delivery.





/n

- Work closely with Procurement, Supply Chain, Quality, Finance and Export/Import teams to ensure smooth execution of shipments.

/n

- Maintain shipment records, logistics MIS and reports using Excel.

/n

- Support cost tracking, freight documentation and reconciliation as required.

Required Skills & Experience:

/n

/n

- 2–4 years of experience in Export/Import Logistics.

/n

- Hands-on experience in both air and sea shipments.

/n

- Working knowledge of export documentation and customs clearance coordination.

/n

- Experience with freight forwarders, CHAs, airlines and shipping lines.

/n

- Experience in perishables/fresh produce exports will be preferred.

/n

- Robust communication, coordination and follow-up skills.

/n

- Good working knowledge of MS Excel and logistics reporting.

/n
